An exclusive "Thank You" that actually involves a waterslide.

We love finding new ways to celebrate the incredible community we serve! Every single year, our team helps hundreds of families buy and sell real estate across Western North Dakota, and every single year, we look for ways to level up our thanks to the people who trusted us.

This summer, we wanted to create an experience that is purely about fun and connection. ☀️

So, we have officially locked down the ENTIRE Williston Water World for an exclusive, after-hours takeover!

📅 Date: Tuesday, July 7th
Time: 7:30 PM (After-hours VIP access)
📍 Where: Williston Water World
🎟 Cost: $0.00 (Our treat!)

Whether we helped you hand over the keys to your very first home, sell a property you poured your heart into, or close a deal that changed your future—your trust means the world to us. This night is our way of celebrating that partnership and showing our appreciation out loud.

⚠️ THE CATCH: To keep it exclusive and fun, spots are capped at 100 people. Because you follow us here, you’re getting the first opportunity to RSVP before we open this up more broadly.

Bring the family, bring your towels, and let us celebrate YOU.

Bakken Market Snapshot

WILLISTON · MEDIAN LIST
$512,500 ▼ MAI 41
down from 43 · 50 active
Prices eased slightly with inventory ticking up. Demand cooled a touch but the market stays firmly in seller territory.
WATFORD CITY · MEDIAN LIST
$514,000 ▼ MAI 38
down from 40 · 16 active
Median price climbed sharply while demand softened. With only 16 active homes, every new listing is moving the needle.
DICKINSON · MEDIAN LIST
$380,000 — MAI 41
flat · 71 active
Median price stepped up with demand holding steady. The strongest market this week in terms of price momentum.
THE TAKEAWAY
Demand cooled this week across Williston and Watford City while Dickinson held firm and led on price momentum. Watford City's price jump on shrinking inventory shows what happens when supply gets this thin: a few high-end listings move the median fast. Across the Bakken, MAI is still well in seller territory and tight inventory continues to hold pricing power. Buyers and sellers both need to be reading the market weekly right now, not monthly.

On the Channel

June 2026 is here, and the Bakken market continues to prove its strength. 🏡📈

As we move deeper into the summer season, buyers, sellers, investors, and agents are taking action. The opportunities are there for those who are prepared, and the numbers continue to reflect a market built on momentum.
