Fall Buyers in Williston Are Ready to Close
Fewer listings and more deadline-driven buyers can make October and November the stronger window to sell.
"After 1,400+ closings, my rule is simple: wait only if you can name what will be better by spring."

THE TAKEAWAY
All three Bakken markets firmed on price this week. Williston kept its momentum. Watford City bounced back hard with inventory tightening after last week's price reset. Dickinson stepped up on price but inventory continues to build. What we're seeing on the ground: the correction brought buyers off the sidelines. Right-priced listings are closing and sellers are regaining some leverage heading into November.
